How we use cookies.

Categories

InsureLiv groups cookies into four categories. You choose which ones are active via the cookie banner. Preferences are stored in a first-party iv_consent cookie for 180 days.

• Strictly necessary — form submission, region routing, session integrity. Always on.
• Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation. Helps us understand which content brokers find useful. Off by default.
• Marketing — Attribution and remarketing. Off by default.
• Preferences — Remembers your language and region across visits.

Visitor identifier

We generate a random anonymous ID on your first visit and store it in a first-party cookie iv_visitor_id (2-year expiry) so we can recognise you as a returning visitor and measure how our content performs. This ID contains no personal information. When you submit a demo request form, we include this ID with your submission so our sales team can see which pages you viewed before contacting us.

Third parties

We use Google Analytics 4 (analytics), Freshworks / Freshsales (chat + CRM), and Freshworks web forms (form submission). Data submitted through demo forms is stored in our CRM instance. See the Trust page for our security posture and data residency.

Your rights

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this domain. For subject-access, deletion, or correction requests under the UAE PDPL / GDPR / equivalent laws, email privacy@whiteblue.com. We respond within 30 days.
